FS = QA + EP
FS – Final Score
QA – Qualifications
EP – Experience

QA:

EP:
4 points - Proven experience with maintenance of the closed rearing systems of the aquatic animals;
4 points - Proven experience with setting up and conducting of feeding trials;
3 points - Proven experience with aquatic ornamental species;
2 points - Proven experience with aquaponics systems;
2 points - Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.

The selection is done based in the high FS score. In case of score tie between the top scored candidates, there will be a selection interview (I) to those candidates. The final score is obtained by the following formula: 0.6 x FS + 0.4 x I. If there is no interview, the final score will be equal to that obtained in the FS.
